Coaching
and Mentoring
Services

There are times in all our lives when we need some support to solve a problem.

Whether you need a coach who can help you to unlock the answers you already have, a mentor who will share their skills, knowledge and experience, or a blend of the two, using the expertise we’ve gained from decades of working in the pharmacy industry, we can help you come to a solution that works for you.

Coaching is where we facilitate your learning, development, wellbeing, or performance. It raises your self- awareness and identifies choices so you can find your own solution, develop your skills, and change your attitudes and behaviours.

The whole aim of coaching is to close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. It’s based around the principle that you have all the answers. As coaches we help you unlock them.

We have experience in coaching at all levels within pharmacy and have also worked with small business owners and people working within education.

Unlike coaches, mentors tend to support people in their particular field and draw on the knowledge of their networks and contacts.

As mentors we support you through by giving advice, offering guidance, or teaching.

Training
Service

We specialise in supporting Pharmacy Superintendents, Chief Pharmacists, senior pharmacy leaders and owners of pharmacy businesses to understand and fulfil their responsibilities.

Being a Pharmacy Superintendent can be an isolating role and it can be hard to find any training to support with your development. That’s where we come in. We can help you understand what’s needed, how to think as a Superintendent, and how to create an effective culture of risk assessment and risk management.

The roles and responsibilities of pharmacy owners and boards continue to evolve, and it can be challenging to keep up to date.

We explain how everyone’s role links together to keep patients safe, and we highlight what needs to be considered when making strategic decisions to prevent unintended consequences.
